Learn to accept changes and to live with others. In six days. Here is the backbone of the film by the young Catalan director presented in competition at the last Locarno Film Festival (best actor award to Mellali and Escolar).

Moha, a shy Moroccan plumber, is on trial in a very small Catalan company. Pep, skilled craftsman, adept of the religion of work well done, is about to retire and Valero, grumpy and talkative, struggles to admit that a foreigner can take his place and be accepted by the community.

The “six ordinary days” of the original title are punctuated by visits to clients’ homes and from the confrontation with the eccentric but not always unpredictable humanity that inhabits them.
Happy the choice to use non-actors and real handymen.
