Starting immediately, or rather from tomorrow with the inauguration, exactly two years after the postponement, of the event Myplant & Gardenthe International green exhibition.
Saloni del verde: back in the presence
Three pavilions and an external area of the FieraMilano, from 23 to 25 February, they are transformed into 45 thousand square meters of forest, terraces, meadows and flower fields. As well as an arena for practical tests of machinery and a stage for flower-fashion shows.
A very important reality, given that green is good for the country system, the economy and employment. But it is also fundamental for mental and physical health and for the quality of the air we breathe outdoors and indoors.
THE 70 appointments during the 3 days of the fair provide for the participation of experts, scientists, researchers, consortia, institutions and associations. Among the hottest topics addressed is the urban regeneration, consumer behavior, Innovation Technology and Green Business.
What will be at Myplant & Garden
The first major international appointment of the green industry is therefore back in attendance to continue to feed a market of excellence that is giving important signs of growth in terms of private consumption and urban use.
This was explained by Valeria Randazzo, manager of the event. But if on the one hand, she specified, the pandemic has made us rediscover the importance of greenery for the quality of life, health and well-being inside and outside urban environments, on the other hand the explosion of energy costs instead, it put the future of Italian plants and flowers at risk.
Saloni del verde: curiosities
Among the curiosities in Myplant, the treeclimbing trials of the lumberjacks and gardening demonstrations. But also the contests with the world masters of floral decoration, the oldest fruits and the most recent innovations and organic and eco-sustainable productions. The smart gardens for the home are very interesting and eco and wi-fi machinery for landscaping, as well as the new patented plant species.
Euroflora is also back
But Myplant & Garden will not be the only exhibition to return. An appointment not to be missed in 2022 also the one with Euroflora, the most important European floral exhibition which has always been held in Genoa and which this year is scheduled outdoors from 23 April to 8 May at the Parchi di Nervi.
Another news regarding the event: Euroflora has obtained the “internationality license”, issued by the Liguria Region according to the strict national criteria established within the framework of the State-Regions agreement. An important recognition because Euroflora reportswith its current format, innovative and sustainable, and its prestigious history behind it, in the international trade fair panorama.
Euroflora, from the Foce to the Nervi Parks
Born in 1966, the event, the last edition of which took place in 2018, it has always taken place in the exhibition center between Genova Foce and the port. Then, from 2018, the splendid setting of the Nervi Parks was chosen instead.
The cadence, a five-year time, is (or rather it should have become) triennial: the 2021 edition has been postponed to this year due to the pandemic.
