The Palermo Hippodrome, located on Avenida Libertador and Dorrego, invites you to a new edition of the legendary event suitable for all ages, with options for adults and children. The meeting will take place over two consecutive days: Saturday, February 18 and Sunday, February 19, from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with free admission.
Those who approach ChoriFest They will be able to choose between 30 stalls and food trucks that will offer a wide variety of different choripanes, from the traditional ones to signature choris, with different meats, breads and dressings. Chefs and grillers will surprise the public with tasty creations, classic or bold, for all tastes.
Among the most notable dishes is the lamb chorizo, with red onion, yogurt, cucumber, mint and sweet potato; vegetarian chori, with eggplant, spinach, goat cheese and honey; smoked choripán, with mushrooms, lettuce, orange and garlic; traditional choripán with criolla in the field; and many more options. According to the organizers, the culinary event will be a great opportunity to honor this emblem of our traditional cuisine.
Also, you can enjoy other delicacies from the traditional Argentine grill: sweetbreads, vacuum, roast strips, bondiolas, tenderloins, ribs. In turn, there will be empanadas, vegan proposals and without TACC, wines, craft beers from Rabieta and desserts. For this occasion, the fair that in its last edition summoned 20,000 people, will add some novelties. A brand new Mercado del parrillero stall, a specialized space with proposals for barbecue fans: stokers, smokers, barbecue kits, braziers, mini spiedos, clothing and accessories.
Another of the proposals, which began at the beginning of February in the month of the Valentine’s Day celebrationis “Get married at the Palermo Hippodrome in the best Las Vegas style”. On Saturday from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., those who want to can get married for the first time or renew their vows for free in the halls of Palermo.
