At the Golden Venla gala, 25 prizes will be awarded today.
The best television programs of 2023 and their creators will be awarded today, Friday, at the Kultainen Venla gala, which will be shown live on MTV3 and Katsomo.
Prizes are awarded in a total of 25 categories. The winners of the two categories, performer of the year and program of the year, have been selected based on public voting, the members of the Television Academy have voted for the others.
There are three finalists in each category except for the Fiction Writer of the Year award. It has four finalists due to a tie in the voting.
The televised live broadcast from the National Opera is hosted by a married couple known from television Marja Hintikka and Ilkka Uusivuori.
