Ismael Saibari’s transfer to Bayern Munich is nearing completion. Reliable sources in the football industry confirm that there is an outline agreement between all parties.

There was already a deal between Saibari and Bayern and now Bayern and PSV have also made great progress. Saibari is going to Munich for a mega sum, insiders confirm. He still needs to undergo a medical examination and details still need to be worked out.

PSV will receive an amount of up to 55 million euros, making Saibari the player who has ever raised the largest amount at PSV. Until now, that was Cody Gakpo, who left at the end of 2023 for an amount of 42 million and 7 million in bonuses.

Bonuses at Saibari are also included in the deal and amount to several millions. Bayern had already put 53 million euros on the table in Eindhoven last week for the Morocco international, who is having an impressive season and also shone at the World Cup this weekend. He scored a fantastic goal for his team, who managed to draw 1-1 against Brazil.

Huge profit

Saibari came to PSV six years ago for a fee of 200,000 euros and will bring the club a huge profit, if everything goes in order in the coming days. He is undergoing a medical examination in the United States and that is not a problem, because the German team’s doctor is also the doctor of Bayern Munich. In addition, Bayern and PSV still have to work out a number of matters.

The paperwork may take some time, so final completion may take some time.

Agreed in broad terms

The most important thing now is that there is an agreement in outline, something that has been expected for days. Bayern Munich’s interest emerged two weeks ago and in recent days transfer gurus have been falling over each other with news about Saibari’s impending transfer.

The intention of the parties last week was that his transfer would only become legally final after July 1. Nevertheless, a verbal agreement on a transfer can be reached before that date.
