Felipe Colares has died, reports the MMA Fighting website. He was 29 years old when he died.
Colares was hit by a bus on Monday morning in Rio de Janeiro while returning from training. He died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital, says MMA Fighting.
Colares fought 16 times as a professional: 12 wins, four losses. Out of six fights at the UFC level, he won two.
