Last year, the Düsseldorf clothing retailer Peek & Cloppenburg took over the well-known Danish retail chain Magasin du Nord. On Thursday he opened the brand’s first branch in Germany.
On the centrally located Königsplatz in the Hessian city of Kassel, Magasin du Nord now offers customers “an attractive fashion and lifestyle range” with well-known brands such as Boss, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo and Hugo on a total area of around 4,000 square meters Marc Cain on.
“We are very pleased to be able to offer our customers an international shopping experience here in Kassel with the first Magasin-du-Nord store over three floors,” explained General Sales Manager Manuela Fuhrmann in a statement.
Magasin du Nord also operates seven branches in Denmark. Above all, the magnificent department store in the center of the capital Copenhagen is internationally known. The retail chain has now moved into premises in Kassel that were last used by clothing retailer Anson’s Herrenhaus KG, which also belongs to Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf.
