The super popular Netflix series of The Crown filming continues despite Queen Elizabeth’s death. Production was halted last week as a tribute to the Queen’s death.
Currently, the sixth and final season of the series is being filmed in Barcelona, Spain.
The continuation of filming was revealed from the photos of the Daily Mail website, based on which Elizabeth Debicki, who plays Princess Diana, is currently filming scenes from the princess’s last moments. The scenes take place in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, less than a month before Diana’s tragic death.
The Crown directors previously told the Daily Mail that they would not be filming the series on the day of Queen Elizabeth’s funeral. Elisabet will be buried in London on Monday, September 19.
