BAGNAIA AND BINDER GET THROUGH Q1

We already know the two chosen ones who will fight for the 12 best positions on the grid: Pecco Bagnaia and Brad Binder.

Marco Bezzecchi, the current championship leader, is half a tenth away from taking second place from Brad Binder.

Bagnaia and Binder terminate their participation in Q1. Quartararo and Bezzecchi fail to find the perfect lap and fall into Q1.

With a minute to go, Pecco got serious and managed to improve enough to climb to first place. Going into Q2 is going to be a really tough task!

Marco Bezzecchi has bettered his previous time, but it wasn’t enough to beat Binder.

Pecco Bagnaia steals first place from Bezzecchi, but the joy did not last for a second, since Binder has become the new leader.

Bezzecchi has improved in all sectors, allowing him to reduce his lap time by a tenth.

LAST 5 MINUTES OF Q1

Bezzecchi is the current leader, with a 1:36.886, although the differences are very small behind. He is the first to leave the pit lane to start the second attempt.

After completing the first batch of tires, the drivers rush back to pit lane.

Although the 2021 world champion has taken the lead, this position did not last long, as Bezzecchi has not taken long to snatch the lead from him.
