The Fenoglio method: the plot of the second episode
Bari, May 1992. After the fire at the Petruzzelli Theatre in the city the war between clans has worsened. Marshal Fenoglio (Alessio Boni), Brigadier Pellecchia (Paolo Sassanelli), together with the young Montemurro (Francesco Centorame) and PM Gemma D’Angelo (Giulia Vecchio), investigate the possible causes. The mafia has also arrived in Bari.
This isn’t about four criminals shooting at each other: there are cases of white luparaanother convicted felon and man of the Grimaldi clan killed, while Vito Lopez disappeared. What’s going on?
Damiano, the son of boss Nicola Grimaldi, also disappears. The kidnappers ask the family for a ransom of 200 million lire. The money is delivered, but there is no trace of the child. An anonymous call to the Carabinieri leads to the location where Damiano is located. The boss’s son he is found lifeless.
Does Vito Lopez have anything to do with it? Even innocent people end up in the middle of this criminal war. The autopsy, however, did not indicate signs of violence. What’s happened? Was the kidnapping supposed to be a warning to the Grimaldis?
The past of Pietro Fenoglio
In this second episode we will get to know some of the protagonists better. Peter Fenoglio loves literature and classical music, As a boy he attended the faculty of literature, but the father was against it. It was he who enrolled him in the competition to join the Carabinieri.

The past of Gemma and Pellecchia
