Las Vegas will be hosting the Formula One race starting next season.

The specialty of the race in November is its start time. The exit lights go out in the casino city at local time on Saturday night. However, due to the time difference, Europeans will watch the race in a familiar and safe way on Sunday.

The F1 races running on Saturday are by no means a new thing in the history of the sport. However, Sunday has become the highlight of the grand Prix weekend decades ago. The last time a Saturday race was run was in South Africa in 1985.

With the newcomer, F1 will compete in three different locations in the US next season.

This season, the F1 Series will be run in Yankee, Austin and Miami, which will be honored to host the Royal Class for the first time.

Liberty Media, which owns the F1 series, is looking hard at its home market. The royal class of motorsports is popular worldwide, but in the US it has been overshadowed by American powers. Their own popular motorsport series are also eating up the popularity of the formulas on the other side of the rapak.

Vegas F1 is familiar from the past. The GP City was run in 1981 and 1982.

At that time, the track was built in the huge parking lot of Caesar’s Palace Hotel. Twice was enough for formulas. When the track was out of the minds of the drivers and the crowd shone in their absence, F1 moved to the rest of the US.

However, the Las Vegas GP always has an eternal place in the hearts of Finnish F1 fans. Keke Rosberg secured the track for the 1982 World Championships.
