The street becomes the stage, the square becomes the festival site: The second “EU4YA Street Music Festival” starts on Friday!

Until Sunday, street musicians come from all over Europe to play for free and outside.

The focus of the event is on Ukrainian musicians and the solidarity of the European cultural community.

The open exchange between artists from all over Europe and the public is the focus for three days. The festival will open on Friday at 2 p.m. at Breitscheidplatz.

Bands and soloists of different genres perform on three stages (Pink, Yellow and Blue).

Kicking off at 2pm is Ukrainian artist Palmira Furman, who plays with the group EU4YA on the Pink Stage. After that, the Italian singer and songwriter Filippo Gatti will perform. At 5.30 p.m., Viento Flamenco wants to get the audience dancing. At 7 p.m. the band Zap continues and at around 8.30 p.m. the Berlin Trouble Notes and their mix of classic, gypsy, flamenco and jazz.

And that’s just the program of one of the three stages. So if you don’t like it, just keep going. Because the music is playing on the Breitscheidplatz!

Friday from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., Sat./Sun. 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Breitscheidplatz
