Seventeen European Union countries are installing too few wind turbines to achieve the goals of the Paris climate agreement. Environmental organization WWF reported this on Thursday in a report on wind energy in the EU. Belgium is more ambitious in this regard than the scenario that the climate agreement had proposed for our country.
