The EU must be stricter and not wait to close Swift to Russia

From the outset, the West has made it clear that it does not want to fight for Ukraine. The Ukrainians are alone against a Russian superiority, just like the East Germans in 1953, the Hungarians in 1956 and the Czechoslovaks in 1968. Unsatisfactory, but inevitable.
