The entry into force of the duty to appear part of the Victims’ Rights Implementation Act (Wus) has been postponed for the time being. Initially, the entry into force would be 1 January 2023, but more time is needed by better mapping the consequences. It should become clear at the beginning of May 2023 when the entry into force will take place.
