There are also plenty of places for Dutch football players to relax: there is a spa and you can swim in one of the several swimming pools. The expensive hotel consists of 336 luxurious rooms and suites, all equipped with marble bathrooms and a 42-inch TV. The price per night is therefore not bad: it starts at around 500 euros. If you want a breakfast with it, you will have to pay 40 euros for it. A bite to eat is also no problem, because there are 12 restaurants in the hotel itself.
The training fields of Orange – which are like billiard cloths under the burning sun – are about a 10-minute drive from the sleeping place. Louis van Gaal’s men don’t have to travel far for the first game against Senegal. The stadium is only 20 kilometers away.

They filled it out and sent it back to us, with documentation with which they could demonstrate that they pay their salary on time and that everything is properly arranged.”
