The Hilversum actor and bodybuilder Olivier Richters becomes a father. His girlfriend Desiree is pregnant, the couple announced to the ANP on Sunday. The girl is expected in May. It is the first child for the couple.
“We have wanted to have children for years, so we are very happy,” says 34-year-old Richters, who at 2 meters 18 is one of the tallest people in the world. The size of the baby is already above average, the ‘Dutch Giant’ adds: “I am very proud of my height. And I am very pleased that our offspring will also grow to a considerable length.”
Richters and Desiree Stuijt (33) have been together for ten years now. They met through Tinder. Stuijt has been working for Muscle Meat, Richters’ company that sells protein-rich meals, for some time.
International career
The ‘Dutch Giant’ has been featured in several Hollywood blockbusters in recent years, such as the Marvel film Black Widow, The King’s Man 3 and Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. The actor has had a major production in Canada in recent months. His latest film, Borderlands, will be released this fall. In this action comedy, the Dutch bodybuilder stars alongside Cate Blanchett, Jamie Lee Curtis and Jack Black.
