The driver who took Milei to the congress has a conviction for bribery

Jonathan Ezequiel Salerno He is the one who takes care of the libertarian since his first election and who accompanies him throughout the country. hToday he had an additional mission: not only was he the head of security for the Assumption operation, but he was the one who drove the car that took Javier Milei from the Libertador hotel to Congress. The man in question has a conviction under his belt.

Salerno can be seen in every act behind the LLA leader: tall, military-cut hair, an unfriendly face and a goatee. He has another peculiarity: a suspended sentence for asking for bribes. The Oral Criminal and Correctional Court No. 17 found it guilty in 2014 for a bribe when he worked as an inspector in the General Directorate of Urban Hygiene Inspection of the Buenos Aires government. According to the jury in the first instance, in 2008 Salerno demanded a bribe in exchange for not closing a store owned by the company Plastifierro Tubos SA. Because they considered him co-author of the “crime of concussion aggravated by the use of intimidation,” they sentenced him to one year and six months in prison.

And here another doubt arises. How is it that Salerno, with a sentence on him, is armed at the events he takes care of Milei? Several eyes in the armed rest on him.
