Jannella gets upset when Vili asks her for help.
An influential investor in the management team alongside Jaajo Linnonmaa Noora Fagerström today at Nelose, one of the Diili competitors is being scolded for his behavior.
A father of two working in civilian life as a sales representative Janne Virtanen34, admits himself that he has had a bad feeling about the race bump, Vili Värtinen, 21, counseling. Vil has had problems transferring pictures to a memory stick, where he has asked Janne for help. Janne has immediately lost her temper.

Vili suggests that he would watch from the sidelines as Janne handles the five-minute task and learn in the process for the opposition, but Janne torpedoes the proposal with lightning speed. It won’t work.
When Noora brings up the situation in the management team and asks if Janne is a colleague under normal circumstances, the man replies that he usually has a habit of speaking his mind directly. For him, the clear and simple task should have gone without help, especially when Janne himself had already done all his own work and a little more at that point.
– It was a terrible situation. The atmosphere was so cold. How can you talk to a teammate so badly? I wonder, Noora points her words to Janne.
– It was terrible to watch from the sidelines, he continues.
Janne, standing with her hands in a gust of wind, says that she will accept the feedback, but Noora thinks that the matter is by no means finished.
– Would an apology be in order? he points out.
Noora demands that Janne apologize for his behavior. Four
Janne does the work as told and apologizes to Vili for his behavior. Vili apologizes outright and says that he does understand Janne’s outburst.
– He had stress and time pressure, Vili reconciles.
