A man detained by police on suspicion of raping a 15-year-old girl in Omsk failed to explain why he climbed a tree, from where he had to be filmed with the help of workers Ministry of Emergency Situations Russia, and could not remember what he had done before.
Judging by the footage published by the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the 38-year-old attacker was in a state of intoxication and incoherently answered questions from the guards.
Recall that on the morning of Thursday, January 13, it became known that a resident of Omsk abused a minor daughter of her partner – a woman discovered this when she came home from work, after which she turned to law enforcement agencies.
Soon the rapist was noticed on a tree near 19 Partsezda Street, the man was detained by criminal investigation officers immediately after he was returned to the ground.
Now against the suspect, who was previously convicted of theft eight times, a criminal case has been opened, the investigation is being carried out by the Investigative Committee.
In addition, it is known that the victim was injured and is currently in the hospital.
