In the third episode of the deal Isabell again states that he finds factors in the position that affect his ability to perform the task.
Isabell has also had regrets in the previous two positions and, among other things, informed Sukula that he did not like the ice cream he represented that the group had to sell.
This time, competitors are working on ads for the pet trade, both on television and radio. Each group will produce both ads and set out to do them in the configurations of their choice.
Acting leader of the Mustang team this time Tiina share responsibilities, one of which is Shirlyn assistant-led television team. Isabell’s contribution to the task is still being speculated among everyone.
– Isabell can’t go there (TV commercial) because she doesn’t tolerate animals, Tiina adds.
Others look around amused. Isabell opens the case in an interview:
– I can’t say exactly whether it’s trauma or what, but I’ll be paralyzed if an animal even touches Muhu.
The contestant ends up making a radio commercial, where one of her tasks is to sing a tune to the radio commercial for the tape.

Jaajo acknowledges
Tiina, who worked as the project manager for the Mustang team in front of the management team, talks about the success of the team and the group divisions, which were also affected by Isabell’s fear of animals.
– So it wasn’t the sun’s job, you don’t like animals? Jaajo inquires of Isabell.
Isabell says she suffers from traumatic experiences involving animals. Jaajo admits there is no room for fear of the animal, but Isabell seems to have had a problem with all of the previous tasks.
– In the first task you didn’t like being on the ship, in the second task you hated ice cream and in the third you were afraid of animals …
– Let’s make a list of things you don’t like and try to reconcile them, Jaajo acknowledges.
