The Vegas Golden Knights are celebrating the Stanley Cup after a dominant performance.

The Vegas Golden Knights are the new champions of the NHL. The club, which played in the NHL for six seasons, beat the Florida Panthers 4–1 in the finals.
In the fifth final, which decided the championship, Vegas was overwhelming when it won on its home field with a crushing score of 9–3. In terms of play, it was clearly the better team throughout the final series.
The championship is the first in Vegas club history. It had previously played in the finals in its inaugural season, losing to Washington.
There were no Finns playing in Vegas. However, Finland will get one new Stanley Cup winner, as a former NHL player Peter Ahola is the club’s player scout.
No mercy for Florida
Florida came to the fifth final strong, and among other things with Finnish attackers With Aleksander Barkov and With Anton Lundell had excellent goal positions in the opening set.
However, Vegas scored when they first Mark Stone managed underpowered, and after just under two minutes Nicolas Hague scored 2–0 from a goal rush jam.

The final set saw even more hits. Ivan Barbashov already took Vegas to a 7–1 lead, but Florida pulled within four more goals by Sam Reinhart and by Sam Bennett with hits.
Vegas captain Stone capped off the championship night with a hat trick when he made it 8-3 in an empty Florida goal. Nicolas Roy scored Vegas’ ninth goal at the very end of the match.
Florida had to do without their star player in the last game of the season Matthew Tkachukwho had suffered an upper body injury in the previous final match.
Vegas’ number one center took the victory in the point exchange of the playoffs Jack Eichel with powers of 6+20=26. The goal exchange’s victory was taken by the chain guy with 13 hits Jonathan Marchessault.
Marchessault, who has represented Vegas since the beginning of the club, was also chosen as the most valuable player of the playoffs.
Florida captain Barkov’s total in 21 playoff games was 5+11=16, and Lundell reached ten points. Florida striker Eetu Luostarinen was unable to play in the finals due to injury.
