The crazy world of the stabber from Bundesallee: He is dangerously ill in the head, says the psycho-evaluator.
► The accident. A cyclist falls under a concrete mixer on October 31, 2022 on Bundesallee (Wilmersdorf). The truck driver gets out. A homeless man runs up and stabs him.
The truck driver survives. The cyclist died three days later. The truck driver is being prosecuted for negligent homicide (up to 5 years in prison).
► But first the homeless person is on trial: Alexander B. (48) has lived in the bushes on the central island of Bundesallee for three years. He should remain behind bars permanently – in a closed psychiatric institution.
dr Katharina Wolf (46, Basel/Berlin) looked into the soul of the stabber. “He’s not doing well enough to be fired,” she says. Good middle-class parents (mother orchid breeder, father auctioneer). Hauptschule as a “class clown”.
Job in the father’s auction house. Barkeeper. Own company. Homeless, no money from the office. Bottle and cigarette butts collector. Chased away from the traffic island on Bundesallee three times by the public order office.
Not guilty at the time of the crime (Art. 20 StGB), the expert: “He couldn’t distinguish between right and wrong.” Diagnosis: paranoid hallucinatory schizophrenia.
His experiences, feelings and thoughts are shaped by confused ideas. He was a victim of “seed stealing while sleeping”. I therefore have “many children and grandchildren”. Be pursued by a “death squad” led by the “bartender in the state parliament” and his ex-girlfriend. A microphone was implanted in him.
He held the accident for “ritual desecration” and the cyclist for his daughter. And acted, quote: “Hit the blade in and you’re done.” The appraiser: “He was suffering from delusions, hallucinations and mental disorders at the time of the crime.” Judgment on March 15th.
