The construction and sale of these 8 city apartments has started

The construction of eight new-build apartments has started at Leidsewallen 36 in Zoetermeerse Dorp. The sale has started so please contact the selling agent if you are interested.

It concerns eight apartments that vary in size from 50 to 150 square meters. There is a parking garage at the bottom of the apartment building.

Phase 1 done, phase 2 up

The small-scale apartment building that was built in phase 1 has been standing next to the construction site for a few years now. There are thirteen apartments with five commercial spaces below, such as a real estate agency, hairdresser and delivery restaurant. From small to large

The dimensions and number of rooms of the apartments vary. The smallest apartment is 49 m3 and costs 298,000 euros. Here is a bedroom, bathroom, living room and patio doors to the outside. The largest apartment is 148 m3 for which you pay 795,000 euros. Almost all apartments have a balcony (the most expensive two houses even have two!) and a place in the storage room.
