President of Lecco Paolo Leonardo Di Nunno lost his temper last Saturday in the Serie C quarter-final match against Pordenone.

The club boss’s plate went upside down when the visitors were awarded a point in the 86th minute. Salvatore Burrai shot the ball in: 1–0. After the goal, Di Nunno went onto the field to yell at the referee, who showed the man a red card.

Even after this, Di Nunno waved his cane and insulted the judge.

At the end of the match, we saw an even more confusing episode when Di Nunno arrived on the field in extra time in an electric wheelchair. He gassed Lecco’s goal and yelled something at his own team’s goalkeeper. After this, Di Nunno continued his journey.

After the match, the gentleman was still waiting for the referee outside the dressing room and continued insulting him. In addition, the Lecco ball had hit one Pordenone gambler in the chest.

Di Nunno was banned from his team’s games for two months for his involvement.

Pordenone won the first leg of the quarter-final 1–0. The second part is ahead on Wednesday evening at Pordenone’s home field.
