The splendid locations of the miniseries

If the yellow plot of Lola’s story is exciting and full of suggestions, the places where the fiction was shot are no less. The beating heart of the narrative is precisely the cliff from which the Italian title was taken – in original is Jugée Coupable – and found in the Gulf of Morbihan on the Atlantic Ocean. A magical place characterized by about forty islandssome of which are inhabited, such as Île d’Arz and Île aux Moines.

The closest town to the gulf is the small and picturesque Vannes which, in the Breton language, means white city and where practically all the mother scenes of the series were shot. Of medieval origin, Vannes was built as an amphitheater right on the Gulf of Morbihan and is famous for its reticulated houses erected in the 13th century.

Other scenes from the series were shot in La Trinité-sur-Merfamous for the port and its beaches but also for being a important sailing center. Characterized by a triple identity – marina, seaside resort and docking port for renowned skippers -, the town offers vacationers at least nine beautiful beaches. To fully enjoy the pleasures of swimming and water sports.
