First, the families were served breakfast at the AC Auris. A presentation about the administration and city services was followed by the tourist film “Ypres, the vibrant heart of the Westhoek”. The new residents were given a tour and afterwards were received by members of the city council and the municipal council for an informal chat with a snack and a drink.
