Cheesy chicken pasta dish
1 bell pepper (red)
approx. 5–6 sun-dried tomatoes
1–2 teaspoons of oil
400 g chicken fillet strips (e.g. honey marinated)
250 g (approx. 4 dl) of pasta
1 prk 3 cheese creamer
1 cup of tomato puree
½ cup pre-seasoned creme fraiche (garlic & herbs)
1 chicken stock cube (+ 1 for the macaroni cooking water)
(spices to taste)
approx. 60 g of grated cheese
1. Chop the paprika and sun-dried tomatoes.
2. Cook the chicken strips in a frying pan. At the end, add paprika to soften.
3. Cook the pasta until half-cooked. You can season the boiling water with a chicken stock cube if you like.
4. Drain the water from the macaroni and then put the cream of 3 cheeses, tomato puree, creme fraiche and crumbled chicken stock cube into the pot. Stir to dissolve the stock cube in the food.
5. Add the chicken strips, chopped paprika and sun-dried tomatoes and mix. Add spices if desired.
6. Grease the baking dish and pour the mixture into the dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Allow to mellow at 175 degrees for about half an hour.
7. Serve with a salad.
