Michael Chiarello’s death has taken new twists and turns.

A celebrity chef Michael Chiarello died aged 61 in October.
According to initial reports, Chiarello had suffered an allergic reaction that eventually led to anaphylactic shock.
Now TMZ-news site writes that anaphylactic shock was followed by a heart attack. The coroner confirms the matter to TMZ.
The allergic reaction had required hospitalization. The allergic reaction had been treated, but Chiarello had finally died of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, which means brain damage in which blood flow to the brain is disrupted due to lack of oxygen.
The brain damage in question was caused by a heart attack.
The coroner tells TMZ that cocaine was also found in Chiarello’s blood. This was another “significant factor” in his death. Despite this, his cause of death was not listed as a drug overdose.
It is still unknown what Chiarello was allergic to.
Chiarello owned several top restaurants. In addition, he appeared on television in several cooking shows. Among other things, he is a judge Top Chef in the program.
The family was present when Chiarello died. In their previous announcement, the family described Chiarello’s “culinary genius, boundless creativity and unwavering dedication to family”.
