Jan Roos remains steadfast behind his allegations against Carlo Boszhard. In fact: “The burden of proof we have against Boszhard is already enormous and still increasing.”
The fact that Carlo Boszhard has filed a report against him and his Gossip Talk program does not exactly stop Jan Roos from continuing to speak out about the presenter. The opinion maker sticks to it: the article in the Story about a dirty Dutch celebrity who is said to have been with underage boys is, according to him, about Carlo.
Vibrate
What does Jan think of Carlo’s report? He says in the New Revue: “Because of Boszhard’s report, I’m not exactly shaking on my legs. Such a report is mainly a signal to the outside world, like: look at me giving something back. In the end, they will never bite.”
He points out that Marco Borsato has also reported libel and slander. “Marco Borsato sent his lawyer Knoops to me with the story that they were going to investigate who had spread the rumors and who would be tackled. But I believe that Knoops is currently mainly busy keeping Borsato out of prison.”
Burden of proof
Jan laughs about it. “Always those reports for slander and defamation; the burden of proof we have against Boszhard is already enormous and growing. Not only with us, but also with other juice channels.”
“And you know what’s actually going on? Story comes with a story that a presenter can’t keep his hands to himself and we tell who that story is about. How can you file a complaint against that? Is Boszhard going to sue me because I said a story in Story is about him?”
stunner
There’s no chance, Jan thinks. “Well, that’s going to be one hell of a problem for me. Boszhard is incredibly good at imitating people, but that still doesn’t mean you can sit in and on everything with your hands.”
