As of today, 1 September, residents of Brussels who have problems with the Brussels administration can submit a complaint to the Brussels ombudsman service. In this way, the independent service wants to get a picture of the difficulties encountered by citizens and will also ensure the protection of whistleblowers. Catherine De Bruecker gets the honor of being the first Brussels ombudswoman.
