The breakfast tray is clever to make

Here is an example of a breakfast puzzle. Jenni Count

In the count’s kitchen -blog Jenni Count decided to bring tin food to the breakfast table as well.

It sounds more than good: no frying pans or porridge pots to wash, not even grease splashes.

The count advises to assemble the whole breakfast on a baking sheet. Only coffee should be prepared in the usual way with a kettle.

Breakfast tray

2 dl gluten-free oatmeal

5 dl of water

2 tomatoes

cherry tomatoes

broccolini

gourmet bacon

1 bell pepper

3 eggs

herbal seasoning

salt

pepper

(blueberries and granola on top of the porridge)

1. Put baking paper on the baking sheet, on which you pile the breakfast pieces.

2. Pour 1 dl of oatmeal, 2 ½ dl of boiling water and a pinch of salt into two porridge bowls. Mix the porridge. Wash the tomatoes, broccolini and paprika.

3. Split the tomatoes, add the herb seasoning and place on a baking sheet. Also add cherry tomatoes and broccolini to the tray. Add a pinch of salt to the broccolini. Cut the bell pepper into thick rings. Put the bell pepper rings on a tray and add the eggs to them.

4. Also put the gourmet bacon on the tray. Add salt and pepper to the eggs.

5. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes. Lift the tray directly to the table and enjoy an easy breakfast. If you wish, you can add, for example, blueberries and granola to the porridge.
