The brakes failed – The racing driver became a passenger

Keith Kassulken luckily survived the shock with minor injuries.

During the practice for the Bathurst 12-hour race on the weekend, a terrible accident was seen when Keith Kassulken the brakes failed in a bad place.

Kassulke, 52, experienced every driver’s worst nightmare, a car without brakes at the end of a long straight.

The car, which bounced off a curb, flew tens of meters on the open road, finally ending up in the safety zone with its front end badly destroyed, turned upside down.

Miraculously, Kassulke survived his accident with minor injuries.

The 12-hour race will also feature a living legend of track motorcycling Valentino Rossi. The Italian, who had previously demonstrated his driving skills on four wheels, surprised by driving the fastest time in the second practice. This is Rossi’s first drive at the legendary Australian motor track.
