The attack left several houses “wiped off the face of the earth”, according to regional administrator Dimitro Zhivitskii
Several houses have been destroyed by bombing russians in the early hours of this Monday in the center of the city of Sumy leaving at least ten dead, including children, as confirmed by the head of the Sumy regional state administration, Dimitro Zhivitskii. “It has been completely wiped off the face of the earth. These are private houses. Unfortunately, there are victims. Among them are children,” he said, as confirmed by the Ukrainian news agencies Ukrinform and Unian.

Zhivitskii has reported through his official Facebook profile that there have also been bombings in residential areas in Bititsia and Ojtirka. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as well as different doctors, would be evaluating the situation and working on the ground to put out the fires and help the injured.
Shortly before, between ten and eleven o’clock (local time), the alarms to warn the population of a possible air attack they jumped in Sumy and Krivói Rog, according to Ukrainian television Channel 24.
