Singer Mariko Pajalahti enjoys having a family with children.
Mariko Pajalahti, 43, who came to the public from the band Kwan, gave birth to a child in November 2021. The singer had kept the pregnancy a secret and announced the birth of the child on social media.
– The family day is pretty wonderful. I’m in a lucky position. The jobs I do leave me with a lot of time to be at home. It’s fantastic to watch new life grow. It’s amazing, says Mariko in an interview with Iltalehti.
What is the best thing about motherhood?
– The best thing is when you look at that little bumpkin, how it is its own person. How he learns new things all the time and the pace of learning is unconscious. At the same time, it’s really great and really scary to see in yourself all the things that haven’t come to the table to be discussed. It’s as close to strong and original as growing older. It lifts up everything that was covered by it.

Mariko will compete in Farmi Finland this spring with other celebrities. The new life situation made the singer hesitate to start the program.
– For the most part, I wondered if I would be able to leave, because the child was still very small, less than a year old. I talked to my therapist, counselor and spouse and everyone encouraged me.
An endless desire for new experiences finally made him say yes.
– I thought for an awfully long time whether to leave. I was amused when I said to my partner when I left that I don’t know if I’m competitive anymore.
However, the opposite happened.
– On the first day, in the very first competition, I stated that yes (competing) is interesting.
Mariko doubted whether she still had the competitive spirit. On the farm, the worry turned out to be pointless. ATTE KAJOVA
This is not the first reality TV show where the artist is seen. In 2018, he participated in the Survivors Suomi series. However, Mariko was tricked out of the island. Participating in Farm was made easier by the fact that it is not the same “psychological game” as in Survivors.
– I didn’t get the feeling that this season was a terrible game.
