After two and a half years, the Alkmaar cheese market season is open again. Because of corona, the Waagplein remained empty all this time, except for half a Cheese Market in October. At exactly ten o’clock the familiar cheese bell rang again. Ukrainian former professional footballer Evgeniy Levchenko and actress Victoria Koblenko were the ringers of the first bell.
