The thieves broke in David and Victoria Beckhamin To the upstairs bedroom of a London home on Monday night, March 28th.
Meanwhile, ex-football star David, fashion designer Victoria and their 10-year-old daughter Harper Beckhman spent a casual home evening downstairs, says Daily Mail.
The thieves had entered through the window and taken away valuables such as clothes, jewelry and electronics worth thousands of euros. The burglary was only revealed later that night when the family’s 17-year-old son Cruz had returned home from the evening and had seen shards of glass on the floor.
Police have subsequently investigated the video recorded by the thief. Police suspect the intruders first climbed over the gate and then along the wall of the house and inside the bedroom window. The house had just undergone a few weeks earlier to renovate the outbuildings and terrace.
Two other houses along the same street had also been broken into that evening. However, one of the houses was empty and the other had not been able to get inside by the thieves.
The Beckham family is said to be shocked by what happened. However, personal injuries were avoided.
