They wanted to prevent Stampa from reaching the contest with the filed proceedings, as proposed by the lieutenant prosecutor Ruiz de Alegría.
Montero urged Acodap to act. The aforementioned association of the former judge Presencia sent on October 26, 2020 at 8:14 p.m. to the State Attorney General’s Office a new writing.
