The Valorugby, after demanding the immediate apologies from the player to the military, chose to keep it in the squad under two conditions: a salary cut and performance of 100 hours of volunteering at the Gast APS, an association that deals with sports promotion to fragile people.

In the meantime, assisted by the lawyer Alessandro Nizzoli, Nasove has faced the criminal trial with a spirit of collaboration and sharing towards all the provisions of the magistrate, who provided for the test with another 100 hours of volunteering at the Gast APS, the apologies to the military and the commitment to continue the practice of sport on a professional level giving an example of rigor and correctness, with the control of social services. On July 22, a year and a half after the turbulent night, the trial ended with the verification that all the prescriptions have been respected. Indeed, the player continues to volunteer with commitment and enthusiasm. So the crime was extinct.

In the meantime, he has been reached in Italy by his wife and daughter. He had an experience on loan to zebras in the United Rugby Championship (10 appearances). Now he returns to Valorugby Emilia under the orders of coach Marcello Violi (former national team) for the championship.
