The ATM shop in the Stadshart opens on this day

Zoetermeer will soon have a real ATM shop richer. A building completely filled with ATMs will open on the Promenade this week.

The ATM shop is unique because you don’t just find it in every city. This business is mainly intended for urban shopping areas, such as in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, where there is little space near facades for the placement of an ATM.

Ten ATMs

The Geldmaatwinkel at Promenade 79 (next to Hunkemöller) will open at 07:00 on Wednesday 16 November. The store is open daily until 10 p.m. and has ten vending machines. The following services are available in this shop:

  • Taking notes
  • Depositing notes
  • Depositing coins
  • Business deposit of banknotes (sealbags)

Only available for these customers

  • Withdrawing tickets is possible for everyone with a debit card or credit card. The other services are
  • only available for customers of ABN AMRO, ING and Rabobank. The closest location for
  • the withdrawal of coins is at Argonstraat 11 (location Gamma).

Pinning help

Normally there are no staff in the Geldmaatwinkel, but on Thursday 24 November
Geldmaat employees will be present between 12:00 and 3:00 pm to provide explanations and help
using the new machines. It may be a good idea to go with an older person in your area, or someone who cannot read or write well or who does not speak the Dutch language well enough.
