The asylum center in Sijsele will probably not close at the end of this year

The reception center would remain open for another six months, until the end of June next year. The former barracks can accommodate 250 asylum seekers, which is about 50 fewer than now. It will come before the city council on Thursday. The plans have no influence on the further development of the site, the mayor says.
