mMichelangelo Pistoletto. Infinity. Contemporary art without limits it is not a traditional exhibition but a story, a long and fascinating journey through the artistic experience of the artist born in Biella in 1933. About fifty of his works and four large installations are exhibited site-specificwhich accompany the visitor on an exciting journey into the poetics and the world, the many worlds, of one of the masters of contemporary art.
More than 60 years of art, almost 90 years of life. An infinite number of ways of making art, an infinite number of ways of seeing, of changing perspective, of reading reality. «A collective exhibition of a single artist», in the words of the curator Danilo Eccher.
There are mirror paintings, examples of poor art, the series of Doors Sign Artthe famous Self-portrait. Four installations reproduce, updating them, famous works such as Big sphere of newspapers, Maze, Love Difference-neon And Third Paradise.
«In diversity I have multiplied», declares the artist. That’s why, at the Bramante Cloister, Michelangelo Pistoletto is INFINITY: because art is limitless.

Interweaving of art
In the new spaces, freshly restored, of the Great Mile of the Brescian Castle “spreads out its carpets” The knots of the Gardens of Paradise. The exhibition joins 35 magnificent artifacts of the area of the Turkestan (part of the collection donated by Romain Zaleski to Fondazione Tassara), exhibited to the public for the first time, to works by various international artists including Alighiero Boetti and Herta Ottolenghi Wedekind.

The women of Attasit
The Presence is the staff dedicated to the work of Attasit Pokpong, one of the most important and original exponents of Thai contemporary art. On display are 29 large oil paintings and 22 watercolors with women’s faces – with vivid colors and marked, essential features – an element on which the artist has concentrated in recent years. Among these, 14 new works designed for the event.

Bodies and colors
A week of performances, open rehearsals and workshops with Jacopo Godani and the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company. Opens installation-performance Framing Reality that mixes moving bodies, light and color.

The relationship between the photographer Mario Cresci and the region began in 1990 with his participation in a project dedicated to that territory. Thirty years later here Mon cher Abbe Bionaz!
