The Investigating Court number 18 of Seville has initiated the prosecution of the actress María León for crimes of attack on authority and injury to a police officer during events that occurred on October 1 of last year when he was arrested by the local police Seville.
In an order dated June 14, the head of this court, María José Moreno, has decided to prosecute the Sevillian actress for a crime of attacking authority and another slight injury to a Police agent, as reported to EFE sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA).
The judge believes that there are indications of the commission of these crimes after the account of the facts included in the report of the Local Police and the statement of the agents during the court investigation.
The events occurred in October 2022 when the Seville Local Police arrested the actress around five in the morning for allegedly punching a local police officer, something that the defendant has denied at all times during this process.
According to the police report, a cyclist was seen circulating on public roads with a crystal glass and was intercepted after which they performed a test on him. breathalyzer that yielded a positive result.
