Without prior announcement, The 1975 have released their new album THE 1975 AT THEIR VERY BEST LIVE FROM MADISON SQUARE GARDEN. In addition, they have announced that the work will also be released on vinyl – on November 24th.

Instead of an advance announcement, The 1975 announced their new live record with a typically melancholic video on Instagram. They simply say: “Now available everywhere.”

The record was recorded at their live show at Madison Square Garden in New York on November 7th, 2022 as part of the “At Their Very Best” tour. Exactly a year later, the album is released and the tour continues under the name “Still… At Their Very Best”.

The new work largely contains songs from her 2022 album BEING FUNNY IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE along with a selection of previous hits. If you want to experience the songs live yourself, you should now take the chance to be part of the band’s current tour. After “Still… At Their Very Best”, Matty Healy and his bandmates will be taking a break from live shows, which they announced in September. Before that, however, they play a few more concerts, five of them in Germany. Tickets are available here.
