That’s what Jürgen Klopp says about the final defeat against Real Madrid

The coach of the “Reds” speaks frankly about the mood after the lost Champions League final – and makes a clear statement on how things should continue.

Jürgen Klopp wants to hold on to the parade planned for Sunday in Liverpool despite the defeat in the Champions League final. “Even if nobody on the planet understands that we’re making a save, let’s make one. I hope everyone comes to Liverpool,” said the “Reds” team manager after the 0-1 (0-0) in the final Paris versus Real Madrid.

Liverpool won both the FA Cup and the League Cup last season, and the Reds finished second in the Premier League, just a point behind champions Manchester City. “We will celebrate this season. After some sleep and a few words from me, hopefully my players will understand that too,” said Klopp.

The team manager was satisfied shortly after the end of the game, but he was alone. “I feel the pride, I was the only one in the dressing room with that. The boys take a little longer and I understand that. But the two titles we didn’t win, we lost by the smallest difference that’s possible – one Point and 0: 1,” said Klopp.
