Eevi Teittis feels that she runs the children’s everyday life alone, because Teemu’s spouse has school and his own expenses.
Fitness Diary 2023 In the third episode of the series, wellness coach Eevi Teittinen opens her and Teemu Packalénin everyday life with their first born.
Teittinen and Packalén got Ellen-daughter in November 2021. Teittinen says in the episode that his resources are starting to run out.
The episode was filmed when the first child was six months old.
– I feel that this is due to the fact that Teemu has so many things of his own, school, all his own expenses, that everyday childcare and household care is my responsibility. There is a bit of a feeling here that I have the whole load myself, Teittinen states.
Teittinen says that he has talked to his spouse about the matter, but this has not improved his personal feeling.
– I’m just counting the weeks until his school ends, so that I can get some fun and be able to do something of my own from time to time.

Feeling sore
Teittinen says that when the child starts to sleep, he has to wash the baby’s bottles, do the laundry, cook and also try to eat himself.
Teittinen has noticed similar symptoms in his body as when he is sick.
– I’m not sick, but my body feels like it’s a little sore. That’s how you know that I’m really overloaded, he states.
However, a change is coming to the burdensome everyday life. Packalén’s mother had contacted Teittien and offered to help with the care of Ellen’s daughter a few times a week. This makes Teittinen especially happy.
– I’m waiting for it to be my turn to take care of myself and do my own thing, Teittinen sums up.
