Denmark saved their chances of reaching the quarter-finals of the European Women’s Football Championship in England.
The 2017 European Championship runners-up came to a difficult 1-0 (0-0) win against Finland’s women in Milton Keynes. The winning goal in the second group game between the two teams was scored by captain and former Wolfsburg player Pernille Harder from Chelsea. She scored with a sweeper in the 72nd minute.
