Dr, How were the beginnings of the Study?
It arose when I decided to embark on my own path. That was on March 1, 2004. This was, after several years of experience as an internal corporate lawyer for a company, taking advantage of that experience for comprehensive business and commercial advice, now externally; Currently the results proved us right. That was and continues to be the way. Every day we are more satisfied with the successful results we are obtaining.
What are the services you provide?
Our philosophy is comprehensive and daily support in the management of the company, both legal, labor, accounting, safety and hygiene, and now we incorporate the Leadership Training Area.
The life of a company is in motion and mainly its legal-commercial relationships, both with workers, the market, suppliers, consumers, other companies, the state, among others. We are characterized precisely by this necessary and effective support so that the leaders of that business or commercial organization maximize their time on their own purpose, as well as their profits, significantly reducing avoidable losses.
How do you project your brand in the market in the medium term?
Our Studio has been established in the market for almost 20 years, with the diversification of the different services it provides, which are part of the necessary comprehensiveness that characterizes us, we can see that we are on the right path of service and benefits. that we want to provide to our current and future clients. Without that comprehensive vision that we imposed on ourselves as a way of approaching our work, effective legal advice would be very difficult in our current reality. That is why we expand services and benefits, and in this way our Studio in the market also grows every day. That’s what makes the difference.
What are your differentials in the sector?
First, the experience in the business and commercial field, and our philosophy of comprehensive and permanent support that we provide, which positions us differently, in the external support of the leaders of an economic organization in all fields, anticipating and managing much of the conflict that usually takes time and money, and that managed by us, relieves the management of the company for those who must dedicate themselves only to themselves, without affecting their activity and undertaking in issues that we can resolve.
If you were starting over, what would you do differently?
I believe that from the beginning, we were very clear about the path to follow, and the moment of change from internal to external Corporate Consulting was at the right opportunity. Then we analyzed that the service should be much more than legal advice on conflicts, but rather manage them in a comprehensive manner to avoid them sooner, and enhance the activity, leadership and profits of our clients. That was the big change, and I always have a philosophy that things happen at the right time and with the right effort and knowledge to do so. We always go one step further, we deepen our services, and that is why we feel that we are stronger and better positioned every day.
