Texmex salad – easy and good!

Texmex salad charms with its simplicity. Wind Lindgren

The little kick of Texmex food is perfect for the New Year, when Christmas food is already boring.

If after Christmas you no longer feel inspired to be good in the kitchen, make an easy Tex-Mex salad for the New Year, which is easy to make and tastes good to the whole family. It is easy to make a meatless version of this salad as well.

A large salad is also convenient to serve to dining guests, because its ingredients can be served in separate bowls if necessary, so that everyone can put together a whole according to their own taste on their plate.

With the Texmex salad, a fresh baguette is enough as a side dish, on top of which, for example, guacamole is suitable.
