An engineer was injured “by an attack by a defective robot” at Tesla’s Austin factory in the US. The British tabloid ‘Daily Mail’ writes this based on an accident report from 2021. Two witnesses saw how a robot, which is used to cut car parts from aluminum, lowered its metal claws into their colleague.
